1. Cancellations and Refunds

1.1 Full Refund

Clients must cancel their booking at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date to receive a full refund of the deposit amount.

1.2 Partial Refund

Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

1.3 No Refund

Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event will not qualify for a refund.

1.4 Rescheduling

Rescheduling of the event is allowed up to 14 days before the event date without any penalty. All rescheduling is subject to availability.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule

3. Exceptions
